On August 28, 2025, the 7th Member Representative Conference of the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association was held in Tai'an City, Shandong Province, with more than 500 representatives from member units attending the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Ning Xuegui, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the Association.

During the election session, the conference strictly followed democratic procedures. After rigorous voting and counting, 199 units were elected as members of the 7th Council and 66 units as standing council members, forming the new core decision-making body of the Association. Zhao Yanshui was elected as the President of the 7th Council, and 29 comrades including Ning Xuegui, Li Youji, and Tang Cungan were elected as Vice Presidents. Wang Guimin, Chairman of Weichai Lovol, was elected as the Supervisor Chairman. Wang Fengde was elected as Secretary-General.

The conference read out the reply from the Central Social Work Department regarding the review results of the candidates responsible for the 7th Council of the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association. Several important reports were reviewed and approved at this conference, including the "Work Report of the 6th Council of the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association" and the "Financial Revenue and Expenditure Report of the 6th Council of the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association." The conference also approved the "Articles of Association of the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association (Revised Draft)."
Fan Jianhua, President of the China Agricultural Machinery Circulation Association, on behalf of the sister association, extended congratulations on the successful convening of the conference.
With the birth of the new leadership team, the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association will continue to lead the industry in addressing multiple tasks such as intelligent equipment upgrades, green technology transformation, and service model innovation.
The addition of newly appointed Vice Presidents including Tang Cungan has injected fresh blood into the Association's leadership team.
They will work hand in hand with member enterprises to promote high-quality agricultural machinery services for farmers, supporting rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.
